The term disruptive innovation is often used to describe a technology that has the potential to turn a well-established industry upside down. In many cases, however, these same technologies could improve products and services – including those in post-secondary education. In this interactive workshop, participants will look a three of these innovations that have potential to sustain rather than disrupt higher education in Canada. After an introduction of these innovations groups will be assigned one of three innovations and work together to describe the innovation in their own words, apply their innovation to higher education and evaluate whether it is sustaining or disruptive.  Finally, groups will share their results as we conclude
