The E-Learning Facilitator (ELF) at TRU Open Learning supports the technology training and support for Open Learning Faculty Members (OLFMs).  Since it's creation in 2010, the position has evolved along with the technology used and support needed in Open Learning.  Colin Madland was the first ELF until he took on his current position a Trinity Western University.  The current ELF, Melissa Schuurman, still oversees and supports the technology training and support for OLFMs, but other aspects of the role have changed.

This presentation will cover the comparisons and contrasts between the "Colin-era" and the "Melissa-era" and will answer the following:
- What was needed then vs. What is needed now
- What has changed vs. What has remained the same
- What has worked well vs. What has not worked well
